We’re seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Property Manager to take ownership of a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties. This is a Monday to Friday role , with no weekend work , no BDM responsibilities , and one day WFH each fortnight . What’s on Offer: Autonomy : Manage your own portfolio end-to-end of Balance : One WFH day per fortnight, no weekends, and no BDM tasks Support : Backed by a knowledgeable leadership team, streamlined processes, and efficient software (PropertyMe) Tools of the Trade : Company car, fuel card, mobile phone Growth & Culture : Ongoing training, collaborative environment, regular social events Location : Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property management, including routines, lease renewals, arrears, maintenance and vacates Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail Contribute to a supportive and energetic office culture What You’ll Bring: A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence) Previous experience in end-to-end residential property management A valid Driver’s Licence Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Familiarity with PropertyMe is a bonus but not essential Sound like what your looking for?
